Moxxie specializes in making your wedding day beauty dreams a reality. Our team has more than 40 years of combined experience in the bridal beauty business (read more about us HERE), and we are passionate about our craft. We look forward to getting to know you!
We know that no two brides or weddings are alike, so our top priority is providing you with a VIP experience from start to finish. The following information outlines our process and the benefits of our onsite luxury bridal beauty services.
Whether your makeup style is natural or glam, all Moxxie wedding services include airbrush makeup and false eyelashes. All of our artists and stylists carry a variety of products to ensure flawless makeup and hair applications that last all day! For added beauty security, all Moxxie wedding services include a touch-up kit.
We also offer amazing Prep Services to get everyone wedding day ready! These packages can include hair wash & blow out services, skincare consultations/treatments, lash extensions, brow/facial waxing, and airbrush tanning. Common day-of grooming services include hair styling, neck and beard trimming, light skincare, brow styling, powder, and concealer.
Add-on services can be booked at any point (if we have availability!), but if you’re interested, try to let Jessie know during your consultation call.

First things first!
Start HERE to see if your date is available, and to give us an idea of what your needs are.
We typically book weddings 10-18 months in advance, especially for the more popular months such as June, September, and October. Since we do not book our artists on more than one wedding per day, our calendar tends to fill up quickly.
Dates can only be secured with both a signed contract and deposit.
If we are available (yay!), Jessie will schedule an introductory phone consultation with you so that we can learn more about you, your wedding, and your overall vision.
We respond to every inquiry within 12-24 hours.
Once we have the opportunity to chat, we will send you a proposal and contract for review. The contract outlines everything regarding your wedding beauty services with us, and included with the contract is a link for your secure deposit payment.
PLEASE reach out with any questions, but keep in mind that your date is only temporarily reserved. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is made, we’re booked!
Schedule Your Trials
Once you’re booked (yay yay!), your beauty team will introduce themselves and let you know how to schedule a trial run. Trial runs are booked anytime before your wedding, and scheduled based on your and your artist's availability. We will meet you at one of our locations or at your home, and arrive prepared with our fully stocked professional kits, along with seating and lighting. Your session will take about an hour, or until you are thrilled, whichever comes first!
Makeup Trial - This is a time for you and your artist to get acquainted and collaborate on a design for your wedding day makeup. Your artist will ask you several detailed questions about you, your gown, overall theme/feeling of your wedding, and review inspiration photos of bridal makeup that you like. Your artist may also recommend services they feel may benefit your overall wedding look! Examples of this could be skincare services, facial hair removal, or a spray tan.
Hair Trial - During the hair trial, your stylist will consult with you about your hair type, personal preference, and the desired style for your wedding. We encourage you to share inspiration photos* with your stylist, and if you have two looks you like, please show us both! We can often design a style that captures multiple elements of different looks.
*Please keep in mind that most hair inspiration photos include the use of hair extensions, which your stylist can recommend and install during your trial and on the wedding day. Hair extensions can be installed on anyone in the wedding party for an additional fee.
During your trials, we will also go over your wedding day details to ensure that everything is accurate. We will check your headcount, timeline, and the getting ready location. These details may change, which is normal and totally fine, we just ask that you keep us in the loop!

Leading Up to the Big Day
After the trials are finished, don’t be surprised if you don’t hear from us until right before the wedding. We haven’t forgotten about you, but we want you to be able to focus on other details without worrying about your beauty services. We’ve got you!
At booking, we ask for a general timeline so we can ensure to book enough time for your party. It is normal for the timeline to change, so as the day approaches, we will check in with you, your photographer, and your planner to find out exactly when hair and makeup services need to be complete. Our goal is for your day to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible so that you can have relax and have fun, which means we will go out of our way to make sure we schedule appropriately!
For everyone’s peace of mind, we will send a final confirmation of all the logistics one week before the wedding.

The Wedding Day
This is where we shine because this is what we’ve trained for! We are (kindly) in charge of the morning because it is our responsibility to keep everyone on-time. We appreciate your trust!
We will arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of our planned start time to get set up. Just like the trial, we will come with fully stocked kits, seating, and lighting. We plan plenty of time for each member of your party, and we also build in extra time for contingencies because things happen! We want your morning to be pleasant and relaxing, free from worry about running behind schedule.
Some couples have multiple ceremonies or outfit changes, and some people want to change their look just for fun! We offer Touch-Up services upon request, customized based on need.

We are a team. In the unlikely event that your artist gets sick or has an emergency, your beauty experience is still 100% guaranteed. No matter what, we are there for you on the most important day of your life.
